Please book additional baggage no later than 48 hours before departure by calling or contacting us. The fee must be paid at the time of booking. It is not possible to book additional baggage at the check-in counter. 


Excess baggage

We transport excess baggage for you for an extra fee. The fee must be paid directly at the airport by credit card. Please note that your checked baggage must not weigh more than 32 kg .

Hand luggage

Maximum weight: 1 piece, 8 kg each
Maximum dimensions (length × width × height): 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm

Each passenger is allowed to take a maximum of one piece of luggage on board. The hand luggage must be stowed safely under the seat in front or in the luggage rack during the flight. Hand luggage is checked at check-in and boarding. Hand luggage that is too large or too heavy can be transported in the hold for a fee of CHF 50 each way.

Limitations
1. Liquids in containers with a capacity of up to 100 ml

You can take up to 1 liter of liquid with you into the aircraft cabin. Liquids, aerosols or gels must be filled into containers up to a maximum size of 100 milliliters. The containers must fit loosely into a transparent, sealable bag with a maximum content of 1 liter. One plastic bag is allowed per person. This also applies to children and infants.

2. Medicines and special foods

Medicines and special foods such as baby food can be taken into the aircraft cabin. You must be able to demonstrate the need for such fluids.

3. Duty-free items in tamper-evident plastic bags

The duty-free items must be welded together with the purchase receipt in a tamper-proof plastic bag with a red border when they are purchased. Please note that only items with a receipt from the day of travel are covered by this rule.

Sports baggage
Please book sports baggage no later than 48 hours before departure by calling our offices. The fee must be paid at the time of booking. It is not possible to register sports baggage at the check-in counter.

The following items are transported as sports baggage:

  • Bodyboard
  • Golf equipment
  • Hang glider
  • Kickboard
  • Paraglider
  • Ski & snowboard
  • surfboard
  • Diving baggage

Sporting and hunting weapons
Special regulations apply to the transport of sporting and hunting weapons and ammunition. The weapon and ammunition must be packed in separate containers and checked in in two different pieces of luggage. Check in at least 2 hours before departure. Report the transport of weapons or ammunition to our office in good time. The fee for the transport of weapons must be paid at the time of booking. It is not possible to register sporting weapons at the check-in counter.

Lost or damaged baggage

Has your baggage been damaged or lost? We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please go directly to the Lost & Found counter in the arrival hall of the respective airport and report the loss or damage. If you do not receive a response from the Lost & Found office within 5 days, please also fill out the relevant form for further processing of your case and send it to us.
